The second Best Practice Forum and Study Visit of the FRIENDSHIP project, co-funded by the European Union, has started in Istanbul, Turkey.
A 15-member team consisting of the Darkhan-Uul Province governor, leaders, project staff, IDEF members, and representatives of the local business entrepreneurs started their 11-day visit to Europe last Sunday. This visit is being held under the theme of “Smart and Green city.”
